Alanine (Alanine; Ala, chemically known as 2-aminopropionic acid, is an aliphatic nonpolar α -amino acid. Alanine is a non - essential amino acid and glycogenic amino acid. It is mainly used in the synthesis of pantothenic acid and calcium pantothenate, carnosine, pamidronate sodium, balsalazin, etc. It is widely used in medicine, feed, food and other fields. Also used for electroplating corrosion inhibitors and biochemical reagents.

Alanine is mainly used in the synthesis of pantothenic acid and calcium pantothenate, carnosine, pamidronate sodium, balazin and so on, widely used in medicine, feed, food and other fields. Also used for electroplating corrosion inhibitors and biochemical reagents.

1. Alanine transport: The transmembrane transport of amino acids is crucial for cell metabolism and nutrient transport in the body.
2. Alanine and energy metabolism
Alanine-glucose cycle. Alanine participates in the glucose-alanine cycle between tissues and the liver.
4. Alanine and other amino acid metabolism: Alanine is very important for cell growth and physiological metabolism.
5 alanine and ammonia expulsion: some amino acids, such as arginine, glutamic acid, histidine and proline can form glutamine. Alanine-pyruvate cycle plays an important role in improving the utilization rate of nitrogen, improving the environment and reducing nitrogen emissions.
