Monosodium glutamate is the main component of food flavoring agent MONOsodium glutamate. It is a monosodium glutamate salt formed by sodium ions and glutamate ions. It is colorless and tasteless crystal at room temperature, and melts at 232ºC, easily soluble in water

Function: 
1. For flavoring agent. The general dosage is 0.2% ~ 0.5%. In addition to being used alone, it is advisable to make a compound seasoning with nucleic acid flavoring such as ribonucleotide and sodium inosinate to improve the effect.
2. Monosodium glutamate is the most widely used fresh agent around the world. It can enhance its flavor effect when coexisting with salt.
