Description:
Natural Lycopene Oil Suspension 10% is reddish-brown liquid, manufactured with micronization technology.
 The micronized natural lycopene crystalloids are evenly dispersed in sunflower oil; all-rac-α-Tocopherol is added as an antioxidant. Gentle warming less than 40°C and thorough mixing before use will homogenize the product.

Application:
1.As a coloring agent and a nutrient for oil-based food such as margarine, edible oil, salad and snacks. Also suitable for manufacturing soft-shell capsules.
2.Lycopene extract from tomato is intended for use as a food colour. It provides the similar colour shades, ranging from yellow to red, as do the natural and synthetic lycopenes. 
3.Carotenoid antioxida  is occurring in ripe fruit, especially in tomatoes.
